When can I leave feedback?

With feedback it's important to consider the full journey - from the initial booking, to the quality of repairer.

So, once your repairs are done, we'll send you a feedback request via email and SMS.

How will you use my feedback?

In line with our 'Customer Focus' values, we ask customers for feedback on a continual basis. We use it to identify customer relationship strengths, and immediately address any areas of improvement.
